My lifelong passion for gymnastics and cheer has shaped every step of my journey. As a competitive gymnast growing up, I developed a deep love and respect for the sport. I also loved being on my school’s cheer squad and stunting as a team. In my early 20s, I began coaching competitive gymnasts- focusing not just on technique and discipline, but also on building confidence in each athlete.
Over time, my path evolved, and I found myself drawn to working with toddlers. I loved helping little ones develop early motor skills and discover the joy of movement at such a formative age. That experience deepened my understanding of how powerful physical activity can be—at any stage of development.
Today, I blend my background in gymnastics with dance, coaching competitive dancers to incorporate acro and tumbling into their routines. It's incredibly rewarding to help performers elevate their skills with strength, creativity, and athleticism.
Alongside my coaching, I also run a summer camp on Boston’s North Shore, where I continue to share my love for movement, fun, and personal growth with the next generation. Watching kids build confidence through movement—whether they're flipping, dancing, or just trying something new—reminds me why I started this journey in the first place.
Flip n’ Tumble was born from a simple, yet powerful moment when a young student suggested I start my own coaching classes. Shortly after, I began receiving more requests for group classes and private lessons and I realized she was onto something special.
Her confidence in me and my coaching reignited a dream I had back in high school, and her words gave me the push I needed to turn that dream into reality. I’ll always be grateful for that inspiring conversation and the encouragement that helped bring Flip n’ Tumble to life.
