Our Flip Fusion classes are designed for gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers looking to take their movement skills to the next level. These high-energy classes combine tumbling, acro, and stunting to create a well-rounded training experience that’s as fun as it is effective.

BEGINNER

Focus on strength, flexibility and basics of gymnastics.

We’ll work on:

  • handstands

  • cartwheels

  • forward rolls

  • bridges

INTERMEDIATE

Focus on strength, flexibility and advancing and perfecting tumbling skills.

We’ll work on:

  • handstand walks

  • back walkovers

  • front walkovers

  • roundoffs

ADVANCED

Focus on strength, flexibility and taking flight.

We’ll work on:

  • aerials

  • back handsprings

  • front handsprings

  • back tucks
