INJURY PREVENTION WORKSHOPS

CALLING ALL ATHLETES AND COACHES!

The most common injury in the sport of dance and cheer are inflicted to the lower extremities; 1. Ankle 2. Knee 3.Hip Factors include, training environment such as floor surfaces, taping incorrectly, landing technique, long seasons, and we break down common misconceptions.

We encourage both athletes and coaches to attend our Injury Prevention Workshops. Our goal is to increase the longevity of the athletes, not just for the season, for their career. We believe knowledge is power.

Every coach has felt the frustration of having to rearrange a routine, during the season, or the week before a competition due to an injured athlete. The BEST part WE COME TO YOU!
